Our 30 Day Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Whether the fit was not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, we are happy to help.

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item has not been worn or washed and remains in its original condition
  • All tags and original packaging are still attached
  • Proof of purchase is included, such as your order confirmation email

To begin a return, simply email us at info@bondilaneboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return instructions. All returns are sent back to our warehouse in Asia.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is completed.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Original shipping is always free
  • There are no restocking fees
  • Return shipping and any customs costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns or exchanges
  • Returned items must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia

Damaged or Incorrect Items
